Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves the use of thin, solid, hair-like needles to access the body's healing energy channels.

Pain and disease result from blockages of Qi, or energy. These blockages can originate from injury, poor diet, overwork, lack of exercise and excess lifestyle, negative emotions and weak constitution. Acupuncture improves Qi flow, thus reharmonizing tissue, blood and organ function.

You might feel a prick or heightened pressure during the needle insertion. But Acupuncture is relaxing. You'll begin to feel one of several sensations ... slight numbness, heaviness or tingling. The next 20-30 minutes are spent on a comfortable massage table, surrounded by soft light and music.
