Cupping

This technique involves the use of glass cups of various sizes to draw pathogens out of the body and invigorate muscles through improved flow of Qi and blood.

An alcohol laden cotton ball is lit and inserted into the cup to remove the oxygen. It is immediately placed upon the body, where it may be left in place or moved around depending on the goal of the treatment. Cupping can leave temporary marks, but is effective at helping relieve common colds and musculoskeletal pain.
